Leisure is the word for the New England Bike Tours. Time Out! owner Rich Havens merges eight years in the hotel~resort industry with 24 seasons in the field of triathlon~cycling in creating three to five-day cycling vacation tours. Enjoy the many New England splendors as you experience them atop your bike saddle! Quaint and cozy resorts and inns...wonderful meals...guided rides...free-time activities...amenities and so much more.

Daily ride distances between 25 and 50 miles. Go long for the full distance. Go short for half of it; and we’ll transport you to our overnight destination where you can enjoy the afternoon in total relaxation. Our first Tour circumnavigates 210 miles of Cape Cod. We are finalizing our Cape Cod adventure details and will have much more definitive information revealed on our NewEnglandBiketours website by the end of April

24th New England Triathlon Tour

Come celebrate our 24th New England Triathlon Tour season as one of the longest-running swim-bike-run circuits in the country! We have three spectacular contests on tap for you on Cape Cod in Hyannis and Falmouth. Click on the Tri Tour Entry Form link for your 'ticket' to exciting race competition...and go to the Race Essentials link for all of the information that you will need to complete your race experiences (Critical Race Details will profile each of our great races).
• Looking ahead to 2009: New England favorite the Fairlee Great Triathlon conducted since 1985 from Lake Morey in beautiful Fairlee, Vermont may well see a comeback. Also on the sketch board is a new race on Cape Cod in Sandwich...and, possibly, Boston.
• A fond farewell: sadly, due to circumstances beyond our control, after 20 great seasons our Massachusetts Triathlon in Sharon no longer will be.

Economic times are difficult; and for many families struggling to make ends meet, community food pantry programs can be life savers! Following the events of 9-11, Time Out! owner Rich Havens carried on his parent’s wish to give back to their town of Sandwich by creating a unique 3.1-mile Thanksgiving day run~walk
to raise groceries for the Sandwich Food Pantry and affiliated pantries on upper Cape Cod. The inaugural 2001 event attracted 801 people, setting a benchmark for 2007 and a record field of 1,437 who contributed 1,720 grocery bags (nearly 35,000 groceries). Go to www.timeoutproductions.com after July 15 for 5K details and entry form.

"I have finally fully recovered from the Falmouth Sprint Triathlon and an opportunity to write.  I want to let you know that you put on a fantastic race, everything from the pleasant volunteers, the organizational structure of the transition, and making the race spectator friendly, (my wife truly appreciates it!)

In addition, if you would like to take credit for the beautiful summer weather I will give you that because you and your company deserve a great deal of thanks for the wonderful job you do.  Suffice to say, I have been doing your races for years and plan on continuing to make the trip from New York to the Cape for your races.

Keep up the great work!
