Evaluate what you've just accomplished. A lot, I am sure. Think
about ways you can improve your skills. How about that Master's
swim group you avoided last year? The roads will be free of snow
'til at least mid-November...great for biking. Or try stationary
training in your basement. Are you a computer guru? Pick up training
software for your indoor trainer. Run outside anytime...keep piqued
with a race here and there. Try some weight training at your local
health club. Read more about the sport...or
take in a trashy novel.. Treat the family to a movie. Sleep in on
Sundays. Go to church. Do take time for rest!
