Entry Fees, Refunds and Switching

Entry fees listed for a race apply if we receive your paid entry form prior to the weekend of that race. If you pay for a race on race weekend (post-registration), add a late fee of $5. If you have not signed up within 7 days of a race, to avoid mail problems, it is best to wait until race weekend. Payment by check (drawn on a U.S. bank) or U.S. cash. No credit cards. To encourage youth racing, note our discount for Age Group entrants aged 17 and under! |

Entry Fees, Refunds and Switching Policy: We will refund a race entry fee (minus a $25 administrative fee per race requested) or permit a switch to another non-closed 2008 Tour race as long as we receive at Time Out! Productions at least 10 days (by the second Wednesday out) prior to the race you enrolled in your written refund or switch request. No refunds or switches inside 10 days. Written means via e-mail, FAX or mailed letter. We will not accept switches out of races in 2008 and into 2009. |

Switching To Another Person: Another person may take your race slot as long as we receive by the Monday immediately prior to the race date the completed entry form of the replacement plus a note from you authorizing the switch. No phone requests will be accepted. |

Switching Divisions: Up to the Wednesday of race week, you may switch from division to division, Age Group to Elite or vise-versa...and an individual may also switch to a Relay Team. By that Wednesday, we will need your written request for any changes (Faxed 508-224-3690 or e-mailed). If a change to Relay Team, we will need the Faxed, completed entry forms of your Team members also by that Wednesday. After Wednesday: NO DIVISION SWITCHES! |
