Important Age Group Scoring Note!
Once again for 2008, using the USA Triathlon Age Group age-up guidelines, all who are enrolled as Age Groupers and all who are eligible for and select Age Group First-Year, Athena or Clydesdale status, you will be classified and scored in the Age Group which corresponds to your age as of December 31, 2008. Example: if you are 39 for the June Hyannis Sprint 1 Triathlon...turn 40 on July 1 ...you will still be 40 on December 31 and for all of your 2008 triathlons, you will enter the swim wave for and be scored in the 40-year old group.

• Top 3 Male/Female (M/F) in Age Group Brackets

• Top 3 Relay Teams (regardless of sex mix). 

• Top 3 M/F Elite (39 and under)

• Top 2 M/F Elite Masters (40 and over). 

• Top 3 M/F in the First-Year, Clydesdale and Athena Age Group special brackets
