Time Out! Productions Services

Time Out! Productions opened as a full-service special event management company in 1993. Company President Rich Havens previously served as Executive Director of the New England Triathlon Series from 1985 to 1993 for DMSE...and in 1996 acquired the property which, now named New England Triathlon Tour, exists as one of the longest-running swim-bike-run triathlon circuits in the world. The Tour celebrates its 26th season in 2010. Also in 2010, Rich will mark his 14th year as Finish Area Coordinator for the B.A.A. Boston Marathon. On Thanksgiving Day, Time Out!'s 10th We Gather Together 5K will attract nearly 2,000 entrants and capture over 30,000 grocery donations destined for food pantries on upper-Cape Cod.

Time Out! Productions has the experience and the physical and personnel resources to conceptualize, design, plan and execute a wide variety of mass-participatory events. For companies wishing to market their products and services to a healthy, fitness-minded audience, Time Out!'s New England Triathlon Tour may be the ideal vehicle. Through Time Out!’s extensive triathlete database and its highly-trafficked website, the Tour enrolls between 600 and 1,000 athletes for each race. So popular are the Tour events that established entry field limits have been reached at least one month in advance of the event staging dates. The Time Out! website has been a useful marketing tool for its sponsors via links to their own sites.
