Uplift your New England Triathlon Tour racing experience with an upgraded amenity package and an up-front position in the transition area and at the swim start by joining our new Tour specialty division. Age Groupers, who as a result of their age are positioned at bike racks a distance away from the swim exit and are placed in later swim waves, now have an opportunity to race at the front by joining ‘The Wave’.

Time Out! Productions will introduce ‘The Wave’ in 2009 as long as a minimum of 20 athletes enroll in the program. A maximum of 50 athletes will be accepted. The details follow…and if ‘The Wave’ is of interest to you, e-mail us immediately at rich@timeoutproductions.com. You will be enrolled using a separate entry form.

Eligibility: open to any triathlete who plans to enter the 2009 New England Triathlon Tour as an ‘Age Group’ or ‘Elite’ individual entrant.

The Wave’ benefits:

Entry for ALL four 2009 New England Triathlon Tour races included in ‘The Wave’ package price

Can’t make a race? You may transfer your spot to another athlete right up through weekend race Check-In

Reserved race day parking next to Check-In on race day (avoid the long commute at Falmouth!)

Up-front bike transition positioning next to the Elite division

Swim start in Wave #1

Embroidered ‘The Wave’ nylon, wind-shirt pullover jacket

Technical tee shirt for each race in addition to the 100% cotton shirt given to all entrants

Special race scoring and awarding exclusive to ‘The Wave’. Awards from our coveted sponsor, City Sports and Belmont Wheel Works

Opportunity to post your photo and brief bio within ‘The Wave’ section of the Time Out! Productions website

The Wave’ price:

$500

Important USA Triathlon note: Those holding a USA Triathlon (USAT) annual membership and who definitely wish to maintain a USAT age group ranking should not enroll in ‘The Wave’. Why? ‘The Wave’ enrollees will be racing in a wave earlier than their age group peers and will be scored separately.

Tour or race sponsorship: Many Tour athletes either have their own businesses or work for a company which may benefit by becoming a Tour sponsor. Should this apply to you, contact Rich Havens at Time Out! to discuss an economy-friendly package! We can offer your company:

Its logo in Tour promotional materials and on race tee shirts

A web hyperlink from the Time Out! site

Promotional item insert in race packets and confirmation of entry packages

Exhibit display opportunity at race venues.
