BY SIGNING BELOW, I affirm that I have read, do understand and will abide by the information contained within this entry form brochure. I have read and do understand the Entry Fees, Refunds & Switching, Race Cancellations and Course Changes policies. I understand that prior to securing my racing bib number during race registration and packet pickup, I may be asked to show a form of identification verifying my age and I will either present my non-expired USA Triathlon annual membership card or sign for and acquire a $10 USA Triathlon single-event license. In either case, my signature (and that of a parent or legal guardian if I am under 18 years of age) on the USA Triathlon annual membership or single-event license application's ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, WAIVER AND RELEASE FROM LIABILITY (AWRL) applies the contents and conditions of the AWRL to each of the Tour races within which I am enrolled. I further permit Time Out! Productions to use my photograph and any statements made by me in press releases or press kits developed with respect to the 2010 New England Triathlon Tour.
